1. Conditions for services:

10% down payment due upon confirmation of the reservation. Balance due: 4 weeks before the departure.

Cancellation: The following percentage of the payment will be retained in the event of cancellation:

10% if cancellation occurs 30 days before the voyage.
25% if cancellation occurs between 29 and 14 days before the voyage. 50% if cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before the voyage. 60 % if cancellation occurs with less than 6 days before the voyage. 85% if you fail to cancel at all.

Cancellation is taken into account as from the day when we receive notification in writing.

You will be sent your voyage documents after receipt and deposit of your payment.
